We have over 20 years specialisation in injection and compression MOULDING of rubber gaskets, and “vacuum” moulding technology, ideal for aesthetic, complex and high-precision products.
The production range includes moulded gaskets, sheared gaskets in various materials and elastomers, plastic and metal gaskets, collars and scraper seals, sleeves, feet, membranes, washers, bellows, cable glands, dampers, mounts, plugs, o-rings, frames, etc., all exclusively technical products and developed according to the design provided by the Customer.

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Working in collaboration with a connected laboratory, it is able to meet all the requirements related to the raw materials used for the production of the products and, upon specific request, provide product certificates related to the physical-mechanical characteristics of the compounds.
One distinct feature which sets it apart from competitor companies is the use of special presses, along with its standard machines, exploiting a technology that allows them to produce medium-sized technical products without any air inclusion problems, which are not always feasible with the machines normally used by leading manufacturers in this sector, except with the addition of significant costs related to the large quantities of waste products.
